Hackerskeyboard: Can't find tilde '~' character on AZERTY / French layout

Tilde character should appear under the '2', 'é' and/or '.' (dot) keys. I may have overlooked it but still searched for a good 10 minutes in landscape and portrait layouts.

It's in the alternates list you get by long-pressing the "2" key: https://github.com/klausw/hackerskeyboard/blob/master/app/src/main/res/values-fr/donottranslate-keymap.xml#L37

I just tested and it worked for me, apart from the known issue that the popup is showing under the finger instead of above the keyboard.

• Portrait: [123] [ALT] and it shows up; my smartphone screen isn't that big but still, dunno how I missed it ':-/
