Gulp: Translating the docs to Portuguese (PT-BR)

I'm from Brazil. A decent chunk of colleagues have a hard time reading the current docs because of the language barrier, so i want to help.

I'll work on it and make a pull request when it's done, however I'd like to have some feedback.

Translation work is done in the main gulp repo, not on the website. We are happy to accept any translation work in the same format as this PR: https://github.com/gulpjs/gulp/pull/2456

I would also ask you to recruit another to do code reviews on your translations because none of the core team speaks Portuguese.

Yes, I'd like some support regarding mostly foolproofing; however, I wouldn't mind translations of sections that were not worked upon yet.
