Graphql-yoga: Add support for automatic persisted queries

I think yoga should support automatic persisted queries (https://github.com/apollographql/apollo-link-persisted-queries) out of the box. It's fully backwards compatible and doesn't require any server side configuration, so I believe it's safe to add this to the yoga core.

I'm creating this as a separate package (graphql-persisted-queries-middleware). I will submit a PR to yoga as soon as it's finished.
