Graphql-playground: Koa/Hapi: URL changes to 'http://localhost:60000/nilan/dev'

This was fixed in the latest release.

Don't it require a deployment of koa middleware ?

I installed the playground on a client projet today, the version of the middleware is "1.3.7", which looks to be the last and I still have:

that redirect me to nilan !
