Hoping we can figure out the npm credential issue at the WG meeting tomorrow (see wg-agenda) but currently we don't know who has the keys to the npm namespace 🤣

Update: We are supposed to get NPM access from Facebook's open source department at some point soon. It's officially out of @asiandrummer and @AGS- 's hands at this point.

just got npm access two days ago, 0.13.2 is on npm! these are now combined into a monorepo, so it'll be much easier for us to update codemirror/etc
