Google-signin: Call for contributors

With the latest changes of react-native-google-signin to react-native-community we are now looking for contributors who are willing to help out.

We will be talking about what shall be the next steps. For anyone interested in helping out to maintain this library be welcome to join us in the new react-native-community slack channel where we shall determine what will be our next steps. Specifically, join the google-signin channel.

Before opening a PR, please discuss its content with us on slack, we're currently working on rewriting the module and may reject your PR if it doesn't fit the rewrite!!
