Google-cloud-node: Update Stack Overflow link on client library ref landing page for Node.js

On the current landing page for google-cloud-node there is a Stack Overflow icon:

That icon currently points to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-cloud

[Expected Result]
The icon should now point to: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-cloud-platform+nodejs

Hey cool. Quick question: how come it hasn't updated on the landing page:

Do we need to do a republish somewhere for the angular app to pick the changes?

The changes will make it to the gh-pages branch after Travis tests the merge, but I don't actually see a job for that specific commit?

Looks like an error with one of the ci scripts (/sadtrombone). I just made a commit, should trigger a new build which will update the docs.
