Golden-layout: Time for a new release?

Hi,
Could we proceed with a new general release of Golden-Layout merging last PR that has passed checks? I think that improvements are already quite important...

In addition, we should pay attention and take decisions to "how" improve Official Docs with all new features of last months

I'm happy to do a release whenever: I've been on vacation and am only just back. There's a bunch of PRs to look at too.
