Golden-layout: Support for un-docked components?
I need the ability to undock a tab/component and leave it as a floating "window" on the webpage. Is it possible?

It exists a small icon in Pane Header called "open in new window". Is it feature that you're asking?

Not exactly. I'm looking for a floating, un-docked component within the same browser window. A popped-out, separate browser window would fall behind the main browser window when the latter takes focus.

Actually much needed. Something like Dockspawn does http://www.dockspawn.com/demos/ide/dock_spawn_demo_ide.html
If this floating window is added then it will be the Best layout manager out there with all features
