Glpi: GLPI 9.5.2 - OLA Progress bar 100%

Describe the bug

Hello, i'm using the OLA in GLPI (internal resolution time)
Once the ticket is "NEW" the OLA is linked by a rule and we can see a progress bar (0 to 100%.)

Since I upgraded to the 9.5.1 to 9.5.2 when a new ticket appear the progress bar is full and show 100% directly.

We are using the mailgate.

GLPI:
v9.5.2
Plugins : News / Formcreator / TAGS
Ubuntu

Desktop :

• Windows 10 2004
• MS Edge
• Version 85.0.564.63 (Version officielle) (64 bits)

I confirm the same issue on linux platform. New version of GLPI shows 100 % bar for all tickets.

Yes, i have the same problem. By the plugin FORM or opening a new ticket by native GLPI interface.

Hello. This same problem also occurs here with the Formcreator plugin.

@stdglpi @Kuba-Pawlak @mauriciolamego please test if your reproduce the issue without any plugin. This sounds like a bug related to this plugin, and not glpi itself.

Plugins switched off. Still the same. Looks like problem is not related to any plugins.

@trasher I did the test with the plugin disabled and the error continues.
