Gitmoji: Add CHANGELOG.md

Hello @carloscuesta :sunglasses:!

463 deleted the gitmoji 馃憣. There'll probably be people wondering why he doesn't see it on the list or in gitmoji-cli anymore. Having a CHANGELOG.md provide the information this gitmoji has been removed due to ... and many other:

  • Add/update/remove gitmoji
  • Update website design
  • Implement new feature

It will then also be possible to have an additional page for the changelog.

Don't really see the point of having to manually maintain the CHANGELOG.md file. I would stick up to the releases page for this purpose 馃槉

Could we handle this also on the releases?

@carloscuesta yes sure it's also make for that according to changelog.md 馃憤

Yeah, let's begin adding tags/releases when we publish a new version to npm :D :bookmark:

Tho, I don't see a good point in doing the changelog of the site  why would that be useful?

@vhoyer it is indeed not essential but if we set up a CHANGELOG as much to take 2 minutes to add the various changes of UI of the site (ex: addition of the dark mode). This will make it easier to see the activity of this open-source project 馃憤

Ok, should we close this then?
