Scenario 1

1. the app has been used recently to view an issue
2. a notification for a different issue is tapped

Expected

• issue related to notification should open

Actual

• nothing happens, we remain viewing the existing issue

Scenario 2

1. Tap a notification

Expected

• issue related to notification should open

Actual

• app opens to notification inbox only
