Githawk: Strange scrolling whilst dismissing view

Whilst swiping horizontally to dismiss a view, vertical scrolling occurs. Dizzying!

Keyboard needs to be up.

I can't reproduce this in commit 966cb1a4d1238bc2e92a42afbaacd3b6ba497d6e dated 27 Sep 2018 on master

Xcode Version 10.0 (10A254a)
Simulator iPhone XR iOS 12

I'm using macOS mojave beta 11 and a few of my Apps no longer work, including the tool I use to generate gif's. So used a random service and it did a bad job, as you can see.

The keyboard needs to be up to see this issue.

However, I can confirm this seems to be much less severe with the latest version on iOS 12.

Ye Gif Brewery is my go to. Getting codec problems since Majave. Meh.

Ah ye, can see the problem with keyboard up.
The keyboard is dismissed animated:true.
When the transition is cancelled the keyboard appears animated:false.
