Not really sure why this is happening. My phone isn't on low power mode. It's an iPhone 6s.

A reboot of my phone made this go away. Pretty sure it was a system level issue.

But happy to run whatever you think might be useful

For example, in any app the cut/copy/paste menu took about 5 seconds to appear!

So I got my battery changed in my 6s and everything is much faster! You might have read about this phenomenon in the news just after Christmas.
