Githawk: Make image upload + scrollable markdown bar more discoverable

We recently had an issue (#1392) where someone asked for a feature that was already there; they just never found out it was.

Maybe we should do an audit and surface harder to find features/actions?
Also think we had an issue for these overlays to show users things, but can't find it atm. @Sherlouk?

Yeah thought something like it. What would be a way of "fixing" the markdown bar, @rnystrom? Two rows or a gradient/indicator in the right maybe?

If we could make the last item appear half cut off that would infer to scroll to see more?
Gradient could work but not sure how it'd look with the entire uniform bar

Cut off right hand side is also a good one!

How would cut off right side work on different device widths/sizes?

We'd have to do some calculations and space them differently I guess - not sure how that would work exactly until we try.
