Githawk: FAQ or common bugs link in issue template?

Since ppl can report bugs so quickly, would be nice to show an FAQ or w/e before posting an issue in case there is stuff already being tracked. Idk the right way to go about this tho.

Maybe we use the native issue creation and put a special link in there?
