Githawk: Load local path images

Images in repos can have relative paths. Should pick this up and prepend base URL so SDWebImage can load it.

Picking this back up over here. @Sherlouk what did you do to make this work in #315? Wanted to get this working in 1.10.0, but ok sacrificing for now. If you had it working, wondering if I broke something you did?

I definitely had it working in one of my builds, but I looked over the work you did and couldn't find anything that would've broke it (went as far as to go back to the first steps I did which was ignoring all the bits before the cell and just hard coding the URL in) but still was faced with it not working!

I'm genuinely dumbfounded
