Gensim: Evaluate similarity search libraries (annoy, faiss, etc).

It would be nice if we did a benchmark and compare popular libraries like annoy, faiss, nmslib, FLANN, etc.

A good reference is /erikbern/ann-benchmarks and /piskvorky/sim-shootout.
