Should this revert to angular cli since it's much more stable now, helps with upgrades, and would allow to easily use ivy..., also, do you think we should use bazel?

@yelhouti For now let's keep it simple and just bump up Angular versions. We can create another ticket to discuss on switching to Angular CLI Builder as we can now (I think) customize their webpack config.
We have alot of small useful tweaks (browserync, Moment optimizations) I would like to keep.

About Ivy we can use it since we rely on the @ngtools/webpack so it should work with it.
