Generator-jhipster: Using instant issue

Overview of the issue

I m using Instant in jdl so when I updated my app using jhipster import-jdl command I m facing a IllegalArgumentException: nanos > 999999999 or < 0
the most important stack trace is as below

the fix I applied was to set the useServerPrepStmts: false in the the app yml configuration and it works
now I will try to use latest MariaDb driver and see what will be the result

this could be cloused now I will update the result of my second attempt

So as feedback
I tried last MariaDB version while enabling the use of server prepared statement but it doesn't work
I google disbling this is somehow fine because it is performance related, not security related.
however I wish that soon we will get a better driver version
