Generator-jhipster: cleanup removed files for v5

SInce we removed/refactored many files for v5 they should be added to cleanup section. this issue is to track that

Great, my goal is to be able to do a "jhipster upgrade" at Devoxx where I can upgrade automatically from JHipster 4 to JHipster 5
