Your experience level in open source: I'm pretty new to open source, and it all started with Gatsby. Before being a Gatsby maintainer recently, I was just a greedy open-source consumer. Now it's time to give back.
Your level of experience in the target language and localization: French is my mother tongue, and I love writing all king of stuff. I'm blogging in French for almost 2 years now. Regarding localization, I did quite a few subtitling when I was younger with Aegisub.
How much time you can commit to being a maintainer: an hour a day seems reasonable as I'm working from home.

Your experience level in open source: I'm a lurker of open-source since I started developpement (4 years of experiences), I have been using a lot of tools and frameworks without contributing that much (except few bugs fixing).
Your level of experience in the target language and localization: Native French speaker, I live in Belgium. I did a lot of subtitling translation (English -> French) on addic7ed.
How much time you can commit to being a maintainer: Same as the two others guys and sometimes more on weekends.
