Tested on (https://github.com/benvanik/xenia/commit/87ffd23ca3cdce92fd9a3c65ce24eacfd7a72661)
Intro works fine, crashes while loading first level.

Failed in backend so many times.
Kinda works on Xenia STH2006 Build
You can get to the goal ring though

Demo seems to be fully playable in d3d12 though there are 2 places where it crashes, one near the end if you take the upper path i think, and one a little behind it.
Unlike the full game, the rails are for some reason not loaded (kind of) and i would call the full game "Gameplay" since it runs most stages perfectly but vertex explosions and crashes a lot while the demo "Gameplay" or "Playable" because it's fully completeable with only 2 crash places that are easily avoidable
In the Dec 4 2019 build of Xenia, all geometry draws correctly. No flickering, flashing, or invisible objects. There is still a place where it crashes (mentioned by @RonDaBlue), on the rail that you slide on, after entering the correct buttons on the last ramp.
However, you can avoid the crashing by jumping over the rail, without touching it
The rail can be seen in this video, from 3:48 - 3:51

The first rail needs to be jumped over, or else the game crashes. The second rail (after 3:51) is safe to ride on

Or you can just fail the QTE intentionally
