Galaxy: Allow account deletion

There should be a way for users to delete their Ansible Galaxy account.

This issue is the same as https://github.com/ansible/galaxy-issues/issues/58 which does not seem to have been migrated to this repository.

Just open an issue. For a faster response, open a new issue rather than commenting on a nearly two year old feature request.

I don't see an account for schiederme. Did you change your GitHub account username or create your account with some other username? Happy to delete it, if you can help me locate it.

It is a little strange that the owner can't delete his/her own collections or account, and everything has to be done manually? Any roadmap/plan for this?
