Fsnotes: Selected lines should remain selected after indenting using keyboard

2. Press Tab to indent (Shift+Tab to unindent)
3. Observe selection

Expected

• selection should remain for successive indenting

Actual

• selection is lost

I'm not sure how I feel about markdown being parsed to show markdown code blocks? But that's another issue

Sorry another problem: if there's an apostrophe in the selected text it becomes unselected

workaround: select "smart quotes" context menu, nothing will appear to happen but I guess this feature is now switched off?

that menu should have check marks? see #273
