Fscalendar: hides placeholder

1.当行如果有不是placeholder的日期能不能不隐藏改行的placehoder。
2.如果只有四行或者5行的情况，能不能总高度跟6行一样，只是拉大行间距呢？

望能解决上述俩问题。不知道怎么上传图片。

1. for example, one week 29 30 1 2 3 4 5 ,the 29 30 is placeholder, i want them not be hide. only hide the row which all days of the week are placeholder .
2. adjust the row spacing which month only 4 or 5 row, not adjust the calendar height.

This is fixed, use

calendar.placeholderType = FSCalendarPlaceholderTypeFillHeadTail;
