It would be good if it is an option. Listening to online music is part of the choice of many youtube users. And the image is not always being attended to. Converting youtube into a music player that runs on a desktop application with options and settings that are stored locally would be good. But I do not mean to create another specific application but only to allow this option. I do not know what you think?

Thank you for add this feature @PrestonN and to you, @martinmurciego, for suggest it. But I am running the development branch and I doesn't see anywhere in the video or in the settings an option to activate it.

Could you help me to find it? Or, it it developed but rather it isn't available to be used?

Hey there, you should be able to find it in the same drop down that changes the quality of the video. This should work for both 0.4.0 and in the development branch.

There should be an option for the new dash player to play audio-only like the legacy player, and in the settings it would be nice to have it as a selectable default option
