  • [ ] 6. Integrate Knowledge Base with End User Portal (#1056)
  • [x] 7. PGP / SMIME encrypted / signed mail handling
  • [ ] 8. Improve Telegram Module to allow user to open ticket from there, something like this:

  • [ ] 9. Teams like HelpScout
  1. Just more options on End-User Portal:
  2. Option to disable file-upload
  3. Option on file-upload -> Allowed file-extensions
  4. Math and/or re-captcha
  5. Adding custom fields
  6. Direct CSS editing
  7. #1056
  1. Live Chat (chat widget customized per mailbox - ability for one FreeScout user to have different aliases for each live chat widget).
  2. Wordpress Integration (I like @diguinho2018's take on issue #1034 )
  1. Solve known issues with paid modules (instead of just closing the threads) before asking for new features to be implemented, see https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/1038.
  1. Email collision detection - Would help a lot if I knew if someone has replied or added a note between me opening a ticket and pressing "Send". Now double-replies could happen any time.
  2. Chat would be nice additional module.

PGP / SMIME encrpyted / signed mail handling: https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/1081

What would be great is a way to send secure messages like the "Office Message Encryption (OME)" on Microsoft 365

This would be great when we have to send sensitive information to clients

features:

  • Requires user to click on the link to view the message (and attachments)
  • can control access to the message (and attachments) via expiry date and manual switch
  • for the user to access the message a OTP is required, which is sent to their email address

Would be more than happy if this was a paid module

Chat Module released: https://freescout.net/module/chat/

Good one @freescout-helpdesk.
Wainting for future updates and additions, here are some in item 4.

  1. Sorting conversations: https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/919
  2. Customer groups/lists: https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/448
E.g. to send an email to all of them and/or auto-assign a certain person.
  3. CardDAV integration for customer sync.
  1. Ability to import customers via CSV file
  2. Possibility to customise templates used to construct outgoing emails

Closing for now. Most needed features feel free to add to https://feedback.userreport.com/25a3cb5f-e4bd-4470-b6f3-79fcfaa8e90f/#ideas/popular
