Update official code of conduct in the website FreeCodeCamp.com/code-of-conduct with the one in the wiki Code of Conduct (wiki) which was updated recently.

@nishant-tomer since you have already made a PR, we may accept it this time. But please make a note that you can resolve only one "first-timers-only" only issue.

@theflametrooper already accepted the other PR. (which should have been rejected because the issue had a PR already)

Nevertheless in good spirit and the hard work you have put in is much appreciated.
