Franz: Keyboard shortcuts conflict with Services

Feature Description

Some keyboard shortcuts for Franz conflict with keyboard shortcuts that individual services use. I think Franz can be more flexible for users of all types by surfacing the keyboard shortcuts in a Settings panel and letting users modify or remove them as necessary.

Motivation and Context

In my experience using Franz, it is more often the case that I want the individual services' keyboard shortcuts to work and for Franz to get out of the way.

For instance, hitting CMD+N to open a new chat in HipChat will instead open the Franz dialog to add a new service. But I rarely need new services once Franz is setup, so CMD+N will benefit me more if it opened a new chat window.

Perhaps allowing the user to modify the default Franz keyboard shortcuts would circumvent this issue, while also giving all users more flexibility to change keyboard shortcuts for any other reasons they may have (such as #605 or #1066).

Before starting a project of this scale I'd vote for the low hanging fruit of removing CMD+N as you are right, it's a very rare used functionality once you've setup Franz.

As mentioned this could be very handy for #1066. I keep switching back and forward for different languages, but every alt-shift (a common switch language shortcut), the menus are referred, and and ESC press is needed to get back to service focus. If it would be possible to disable 'alt' as a menu shortcut it would be helpful. Some Linux console GUI applications, like Konsole, have this feature, as a reference.
