Foundation-sites: Body tag not using 100% height

CSS changes to the body tag are not applying to entire page, just viewport height.

This appears to have been fixed. Closing.

It seems this issue happens again in 5.4.7.
As before, declaring

html, body { 
  height: auto; 
} 

somewhere after the default foundation styling, resolves it, but it's a patchy solution at best.
