As a quick solution you can use (jade code):
i.fa.fa-square
span.quora Q
Where .quora class has:
color: #fff;
margin: 0 0 0 -11px;
font-size: 13px;
position: absolute;
Of course margin and font-size are individual. The result is:

Well, we can go further and if someone do really need 100% similarity:
There is "Q" svg here: https://github.com/samcollins/css-social-buttons/blob/master/src/quora.svg .
Then you can use http://fontcustom.com/ , and add compiled files to your project.

@GeorgySerga I'm more interested in getting this added to the official font awesome library.
Would the Font Custom tool output what is required for Font Awesome?
I'm a programmer, but when it comes to this kind of css web stuff I'm not very experienced. Wouldn't it be possible to fork font awesome, add the icon and issue a pull request? I mean, there's at least 50 people here that want it.
