The proposed icon is not a good representation of a flow chart. It's a chart alright, but more like a hierarchical tree, and like tagliala says fa-sitemap can be used for this.

For a flowchart I would do something like this:
http://www.bluerise.ca/images/FlowchartIcon_sm.jpg
and include at last the diamond shape.

Sitemap doesn't really cover the flowchart use case, unfortunately. It's just a tree, no branching or decisions in the graph.
