Font-awesome: Icon Request: globe-europe
There are four regional icons with globe in the specific positioning: Americas, Asia, Africa but seems the Europe icon is missing and makes sense it is also present.

In my opinion, Europe is included with Africa.

While we may at some point have continent-specific icons, for now, we tried to divide the globe into thirds. The globe-africa also includes Europe, as the globe-asia also includes Australia.

I'm working on a cultural project which requires quick visual differentiation between the different continents in the menu.
I need a separate icon between Europe and Africa and this isn't possible with _globe-africa_. Moreover, _globe-africa_ clearly focuses on Africa, Europe is barely seen nor recognizable.
