I suggest a better image for the GNU logo:

This is a SVG format, so easy to use.

@christian-momon you could consider a custom build https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/wiki/Customize-Font-Awesome and share your repo here. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to speed up the process

And by the way, it seems that some icons were implemented here but not on Fork Awesome (e.g: Vue).
