Font-awesome: Icon Request: icon-merge
Looking for an icon the represents merging two or more records in a web application. My main use case is for merging contacts in a contact manager, but I could imagine other situations where a need for this icon could occur.
The 'merge' street sign might be a good inspiration:

A merge icon is of great interest to me as well. Likewise we are looking to use it when merging client records.

+1 for something where the two paths being merged seem a little more equal in size:
Also a good alias might be fa-combine. Finally, I think this is inherently related to fa-split, which was supposed to be in 3.1.0 I believe (#188).

+1 I approve this request, this is not a high priority request but it can be useful.
The suggested icons are fine, in my mind, it was 2 spinning arrows from the outside to the inside but the icon suggested by courthead is certainly better :D

I'd specifically like to have separate split and merge icons with arrows denoting the direction, as alternatives to the github style code-fork icon which is ambiguous in that regard.
I want to use them on a forum, where splitting and merging of threads is common place.
