Flutter_html: Update video_player dependency to 0.11.0

Please update it!

Because flutter_html 1.0.2 depends on video_player ^0.10.11+2 and no versions of flutter_html match >1.0.2 <2.0.0, flutter_html ^1.0.2 requires video_player ^0.10.11+2.
So, because xy_project depends on both flutter_html ^1.0.2 and video_player ^0.11.0, version solving failed.
