Flutter_html: Need more maintainers

As Ryan and Sub are busy with their work and stuff. We think some new moderators or maintainers should be added. So, at least some immediate issues could be resolved like PR merge and issue resolving.

I wouldn't disagree.

I recently had a massive combo of really nasty things happen to me all at once, and I've recently just been out of it and haven't been able to do much outside of my work.

I have been able to merge some things today which are hopefully helpful, and I will be slowly bringing myself back into maintaining the library and answering issues.

I'd feel comfortable giving access to some more people for basic tasks to help quell the large number of duplicate issues, and then have only one or two more maintainers within an inner circle that are willing to do code reviews and merge PRs.

I will be reaching out to some flutter developers I know to see if they are willing to help out a bit.

@ryan-berger I hope everything is good. It's okay take your time. We could do PRs and Issue resolving ('We' general people like me) but we can't merge stuff. So, would be very helpful for everyone including you guys. Thanks a ton for merging those PRs and for this awesome package.
