Fluentui: Feature: Unified Error and validation handling for "Form" components
I think it would make sense to have a common api for error and validation handling for the components that could be used for data entry in for example forms.
I would suggest letting them extend a formBaseComponent that in turn extends baseComponent.
And in formBaseComponent implement validate() and notifyOnValidate and onGetErrorMessage and onNotifyValidationResult and more?

Hi there. Can we please have some update on this issue? There seem to be a lot of issues that have been raised the last couple of years that directly relate to this feature request. Being new to fabric ui (but already quite heavily invested) it causes some concerns that this hasn't been fixed, given the timelines here.
