Fluentui: Feature Request: ComboBox placeholder text
Placeholder text is used for various other components, and it would be nice to have one for ComboBox as well.

If this issue needs activity to keep the stale-bot from closing it then consider this activity.

@dzearing, is this planned to be prioritized? Is this as straightforward as it seems? If so, I don't mind doing the change myself.
