Flatpickr: [Range Plugin] Logic select range dates seem wrong

And in flatpickr:

The wrong is when I have a selected, then wanna change date. If I pick at start-date, select a date greater than current end-date the selected dates seem change order.

And seem we need disable dates after start-date in end-date picker too.

I was going to post a PR for this, but then I noticed that I already fixed it in 2019 with #1795
I will probably do it again next year because I will forget about it and it will still not be merged :(
