Firacode: problematic ligatures for >>= and <<=

In C and several other languages (JavaScript, C#, Julia, …), >>= and <<= are right/left-shift assignments. However, FiraCode renders >>= <<= as some kind of arrows:

However these are super sweet just the way they are for Haskell and PureScript!
