Filterlists: Change the name filter: "Nano Defender" to "Nano Defender Integration" and update "URL"

Adding or Updating Lists?

Could update the URL and name of the filter:
Current:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jspenguin2017/uBlockProtector/master/uBlockProtectorList.txt

Changed:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NanoAdblocker/NanoFilters/master/NanoMirror/NanoDefender.txt
or
https://cdn.rawgit.com/NanoAdblocker/NanoFilters/master/NanoMirror/NanoDefender.txt

And you could also change the name of the filter to: Nano Defender Integration
This is so that the filter has a name in the "uBlock Origin" and "Nano Defender" filter lists.

Changed: It will show its "Title" in the "filter lists".
