Files: Can't navigate to any folder

Describe the bug
After installing 0.15.0.0, I can't navigate to any folder and it always crashes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get 0.15.0.0
2. Go to any folder

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The app shouldn't crash and should work

Desktop:

• OS: Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Version 20H2 (Release preview channel)
• App version: v0.15.0

After changing the multi-tasking mode, this no longer occurs but sometimes the setting page doesn't allow to select any option.
