Fenix: [Bug] Addon settings open in private tab

Steps to reproduce

Open addon settings (via Settings) for NoScript or uBlock Origin when no tabs have been opened.

Expected behavior

See my extension settings in a non private tab.

Actual behavior

Opens these settings in a private tab which makes them not load.

  • Android device: Moto Z Play
  • Fenix version: 79.0.5
