Fenix: FNX2-16621 ⁃ [Bug]Unresponsive tab tray items on first touch

Steps to reproduce

Have several tabs open
Open tab tray
Tap on tab to open

Expected behavior

tapped tab should open

Actual behavior

first touch on a tab item has no effect. Opening a tab requires 2 taps

Device information

Android device: Pixel 3XL (Android 10)
Fenix version: latest nightly

Duplicate of #11558, it's already fixed. Since I use self compiled builds I don't know if the fix is already in the latest Nightly build. If not the fix will be in the next Nightly build.
