Fenix: [Bug] Weird graphic glitches when using Dark Reader extension

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Dark Reader extension Installed and turn it on.
2. Visit: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues
3. click on a link.
4. Observe the weird graphic glitches happening when going back and forth between links.

Expected behavior

Shouldn't cause any glitches

Actual behavior

Causes weird graphic glitches

Device information

• Android device: Motorola One Power, Android 10.
• Fenix version: Nightly 200420 06:01 (Build #2015735603)
  UNITO-UNDERSCORE!182207!

Hi, I've managed to reproduce the above mentioned issue on the latest Nightly Build #21180609 from 4/27 using the following devices:
• Google Pixel 3a (Android 10)
• Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Android 9)

It does not happen to fenix only.

It was 15 days ago moved to Done. Can I ask what was changed in order to fix this?
