Fenix: [Bug] distorted audio while playing video at higher speed

Steps to reproduce

1) open any video on youtube.com (did not check on other websites)
2) change playback speed to 1.5x

Expected behavior

The audio should be similar to youtube app and other browsers

Actual behavior

The audio is highly distorted and unbearable

Device information

• Android device: Samsung M20
• Fenix version: 3.2.1

I can confirm that this issue is reproducible using the latest version of Firefox Preview Nightly 2/16 #20470606 and Firefox Preview RC 3.2.1 #20250350.

Devices:

• Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9);
• Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1).

Notes:

• Using the Youtube app or Google Chrome, the issue is not reproducible.

I can reproduce this on a Nokia 6.1 with Fenix 81.1.0-beta.2 and Nightly Build #2015762483.

Hi, I've just checked this matter on the latest Nightly Build 201006

✔️ Works properly on:
• Google Pixel 3a (Android 11)
• Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Android 10)
• Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T (Android 9)
• LG G7 FIT (Android 8)
• Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1)

❌ Still reproducible on:
• Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 7)
• Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0)
• OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1)
