Fenix: [Bug] (webrender only) half screen is black while loading a website

Steps to reproduce

1. open a website

Expected behavior

no black screen or black part

Actual behavior

part of the screen is black.

It's only reproducible with WebRender enabled (default setting for smartphones with Adreno 6xx GPU; the OnePlus 7T Pro has a Adreno 640 GPU)

@vesta0 @kbrosnan this is the last major issues that WR team is aware of, and are actively working on it. Source of issue has been found by Jamie, and so it's in-progress.

This will have to get into 73 beta.
