Fenix: FNX3-16778 ⁃ [Bug]No animation in settings

Steps to reproduce

1.open settings.
2.open and close the options present in the settings.

Expected behavior

There's animation while going through different settings.

Actual behavior

No animation while opening different settings options which causes the pages to jump and transition doesn't look smooth.

Device information

• Android device: 8.0.0
• Fenix version: 1.0.1922 (Build #11530617 68.0-20190527103257)

Hello @mcarare , looks like you are owning the navigation features and bugs from workflow project. This issue is abandoned for some time and being an important issue for better user experience and provide fluid navigation from going to one stetting page to another. So could you please prioritize it correctly and UX specs are already in issue #2273 .

Hi, verified as fixed on the latest Nightly Build #20780606 from 3/18 using the following devices:
• Google Pixel 3a (Android 10)
• Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Android 8.1.0)
• Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 7)
• OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1)

@sblatz - Shouldn't the same animation be applicable for the "Turn on sync" ?
If that's the case please let me know and I'll file a separate issue. ☺️
